My business motto is Grow with Courage. I know it takes courage to take a look inside ourselves and make changes.  When my son was born so severely brain damaged, I didn’t think I could handle it. When he died, I didn’t think I would ever get through it. But I did. But it wasn’t without struggle. As I could show my emotions, I literally ate them. I became an emotional eater and bulimic.

I later learned how to open up and cope better, but it took courage. The result is that I live my life in gratitude and joy. It is these steps of how to step into your own light, I would like to share with you.
